The Park Pod hotel is small with only about 20 odd rooms that are situated very centrally in the upmarket Nungambakkam area of Chennai. The hotel is trendy and the rooms are well done with a 40" LCD TV and Apple TV thrown in to entice the guests. The rooms were clean and had a decent stock in the minibar.

The Park Chennai is a very nice hotel built on an old movie studio lot. The hallways and each room are decorated with old vintage and in some cases collectible movie posters. The one caveat to my otherwise good experience is that the hotel is visibly in need of renovation. The bathroom was probably top notch 20 years ago but now it is showing its ag
